The Allophons - Saddle Bomb

The first longplayer by the sound nerds C-Schulz and F.X.Randomiz is a high quality package of loops and structured songs, including a bunch of great instrumentalists thanks to studio guests such as Andi Toma (Mouse On Mars), guitarist Joseph Suchy and vocalist Natascha Nikeprelevic. All of which makes for subtly artistic music, nailing pop and jazz down to a straight bass drum - and losing no pathos in the process. Out on sonig June 15th, 2012.
